As an Oklahoma ADvantage/State Plan Personal Care Provider, ONHL Home Care believes there is no place like home to provide a healing and comfortable environment. Services are provided by trained home care professionals dedicated to the care and comfort of our members. Each of our staff believes in maintaining the dignity and respect of our members, through patience and understanding.

ADvantage/State Plan Personal Care services are provided to persons eligible with no out of pocket expenses, allowing those who qualify to remain as independent as possible in their own homes. 

Personal Care Attendants - Housekeeping, personal care, meal prep and errands.

Case Management - Oversees service plan development and ongoing services including arranging for medical equipment, home delivered meals, and other supportive services.

RN and LPN visits - Initial assessments, skilled nursing, ongoing monitoring and nursing intervention as needed.
